I know it's been a while since I have posted any trip reports.. but that doesn't mean there are none to post.  I have been busier than I ever thought with OXGEAR and getting it up and off the ground.  It's been an incredible learning experience thus far.  I am sure that trend is only just beginning, at least I hope so anyways. I hope to have my last trip posted in the very near future, so hang in there with me!

Adventures and Ramblings of a Man Obsessed With Nature

As some of you may know....and if you didn't you do now, I love venturing into the outdoors.  My obsession started as a young boy in Boy Scouts and progressed as a grew into a young man.  There have been time in my life when my wonderlust for the great outdoors was stifled by life, and things I thought I loved. As the years have passed I have realized my love for adventure and the outdoors grows exponentially  everyday. As I let my passion for the outdoors grow I find that I enjoy all the trappings that go with the experience.  I now enjoy not only the outdoors, but making my own gear as well.  I find that I have a hard time finding gear that suits the way I want to explore and enjoy the outdoors.


I have decided to start this blog to share my adventures and trail in gear making to hopefully inspire, and to learn from others along the way.  So please fell free to comment and share your thoughts.
